ABOUT ME

I am a practitioner and teacher, specializing in various modalities such as sound healing, reiki, breathwork, yoga and meditation. Through different teacher trainings, I’ve had the honor to cultivate these beautiful ancient practices with numerous students across the globe. Most importantly, I’ve personally found great joy and fulfillment in having the opportunity to inspire those around me with its philosophies. Within these practices, I’ve found noticeable benefits and positive changes within my personal life, that of which I hope to continuously guide others to find as well, within themselves.
