My Journey
Raised on the North Shore, and having travelled abroad for many years, Frances has had the privilege to learn about the diverse world we live in and the long lost healing modalities and traditions that have been around for thousands of years. She believes in leaving the world better than we found it, and with hopes to offer as much healing and guidance to current generations, striving to build a better and brighter future for the next generations to come.
With 10+ years of cultivating her yoga practice, she has been teaching to a wide variety of people, privately and in studios. To this day, she finds great joy in having the opportunity guide people on their healing journey and inspire those around her with its healing benefits and how it can have such a positive impact on one’s life.
Frances currently resides in North Vancouver, BC where you can typically find her on hikes, reading a good book, taking a fitness class, and/or spending quality time with her beloved sister, Grace.
