Life gets busy. We get it.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our busy schedule and of other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client. 

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

However, without a minimum of 24 hours notice, we are only able to credit your payment toward another session.
